On Dec 23rd, 2016. I went to see Dr Hansen for chronic Neck/Upper Back/Shoulder pain that I have had for over two and a half years, also for a flare up of knee pain that I have had for several months. He sent me to get an MRI for my shoulder and an X-ray for my knee. When the MRI came back normal, he punted me to physical therapy. This would be fine except that he gave no diagnosis and I do not understand how physical therapy is suppose to fix me if they don’t know what is wrong. The X-ray took longer to schedule and I was told it would take a few days to get back to the doctor. After two weeks without a call from the doctor’s office, I finally called them. When the nurse called me back, she told me my x-ray also came out normal. When I asked what the next step was she seem confused as to why I would even ask such a thing. I ended up get zero follow-up on any issue I had gone to see the doctor about, but they still had the gaul to charge my insurance $400 for the privilege of breathing their air. This doctor did absolutely nothing for me; no diagnosis, no follow-up, nothing to mitigate my pain in any way, and still charged me for his services. Not only is this unprofessional and unethical, but borderline criminal thievery.

Dr Hansen was a refferal from a friend who happens to Surgen and uses him as his physician. He is attentive and proactive. I feel good about having him as my physician.

Extremely good at taking the time to review medical conditions, develop a game plan to address how to take care of the problem and answer all questions. Great follow up on meds with pharmacy, lab/blood work, and specliast. Best PCP I have had in 10 years plus a great guy.

Amazing physician! Dr. Hansen is so knowledgeable, kind, caring, and truly listens! He will take the time you need. His nurse, Brianna is amazing too. She returns calls very promptly and addresses your needs. Appointments are pretty easy to get in. He is the best physician I have had in my life.

Dr. Hansen is great! He really listens to his patients and cares about what you're feeling. The wait is never very long and his nurse is wonderful - she promptly returns calls and answers questions. It's a great practice! Highly recommend!

Dr Hansen is a very good doctor, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new GP. He listens to your concerns,and informs you with choices. He also has you call back in a few days to see if you are better or not. His nurse, & the telphone nurse are very helpful, and will get you in to see him ASAP.
