I went to see Dr. Chipman over a year, and not once did he greet me by my name. His bedside manner is poor. I had several repeat visits and there was absolutely no follow-up care questions or concerns about my health or my children's health. I found another doctor after my last visit with my 6 month old did not include an exam or a case history or developmental inquiries. It was the last straw of several head scratching visits. I've had my share doctors as I've moved around, but I've never had a doctor seem so apathetic in the exam room. I saw another practioner soon after and boy, what a difference bedside manner makes. If you want a doctor, where you call the shots, you do your own research, and you go to get referrals and scripts, I'm sure he'll be acceptable. Otherwise, there are better physicians out there. His nurses are wonderful but he seems off his game.

Had an appointment. Arrived on time. Waited an hour in the waiting room and 30 minutes in the patient room before seeing the doctor. Was leaving the building after another 3 minutes. WOW - what a waste of time!!!

I have had him deliver my last two babies and he was more knowledgeable than the ob/gyn I had with my first three kids. He listened when I said I felt like something was wrong with me. He made sure to find out what the problem was. He also stayed with me the whole time I was at the hospital delivering. That's unheard of with any doctor these days. He also doesn't feel prideful to get a second opinion from another doctor to make the best decision in my health.... Very friendly. Love his staff. Feels more like a friend than a doctor. Would never change doctors... My family loves him....

I have been going to Dr. Chipman for the past several years. I have found him to be an exceptional Doctor in every way. I find that not only does he have a great knowledge of medicine but he has great people skills. I always feel like I am his number # 1 patient and that I am the priority. He listens well and builds great rapport. He has great empathy for others and I very thankful to have him as a Doctor. His front office staff and nurses are exceptional as well. They are very helpful and always make me feel welcome. He has a great Physician's Assistant too, who is very knowledgeable and really cares about his patients. Sincerely Kris Rawle Payson Utah

Dr. Chipman and his staff are not only very polite and accomodating, they remember details about us and our five children... since the very first visit. Dr. Chipman is very concerned about his patients' well-being and will find the answer for your problem (in some instances I got better answers from him than a specialist). We've often had something come up on the fly, and many times they've set same-day appointments for us. All in all, we're extremely happy with Dr. Chipman and his wonderful staff. Thanks for taking good care of us guys!!!
