My experience at Harwell & Harwell was wonderful. The smiles they have made are beautiful. They have always answered my questions and explained the course of treatment in detail. I would recommend them to anyone. If you want the best results from doctors who care go to Harwell and Harwell. They are GREEEEAAAATTTT!!!!!!

My teeth look great! I was in treatment a little over 2 years, and I love the results. The Harwells were wonderful. They always took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. I am so glad I chose Dr. Harwell. My smile is beautiful!

I am an orthodontist in Michigan. I have traveled the country and world learning from the leaders and best. I can honestly say I that both Doctors Harwell are among the very best Orthodontists in the world. Not to mention, they are both two of the nicest gentlemen you will have the pleasure of meeting. Amarillo and surrounding areas are very, very lucky to have such talented and honest Doctors. I would absolutely recommend any member of my family to have their Orthodontic treatment with the Harwells.

Ask questions if you have any. If you have any doubts and do not really agree with the plan. Get a second opinion. It is always a wise decision.Then choose the one you think is best there can be different outcomes,more than one way to fix the problem. This is a major decision you may or may not be happy with in the end. Think before you pick an Ortho., sometimes the end results cannot be undone. Remember, get more than one opinion then you will know the best outcome for you or your child has been made. I can't stress that enough. A beautiful smile is priceless.

I visited 4 orthodontists before deciding on Harwell for my braces. Dr. Harwell Senior was the first I went to see, and he was so rude that I thought I would NEVER choose him. But after doing some research, I changed my mind after discovering he'd designed a bracket. I wish I'd listened to my first instinct. This man is very cold & arrogant and will not tolerate you asking questions about your teeth or what's being done. When he removed my braces, my front teeth were still not finished, but he got very confrontational when I tried to argue this point, and they came off anyway. I'm not happy with my teeth. I later met a waitress in a restaurant who had braces, and I asked her whom her orthodontist was. She told me then said she'd gone to Harwell first, but they took her braces off too soon. I told her the same thing happened to me, and she then told me how she couldn't even discuss it with Harwell Sr. because he'd get so angry with her. She said she had to pay for braces all over again.
