Most of Tooele seems to go to Dr. Forbes but I don't understand why. Although she is extremely smart and devotes her time to you when you are there, there is absolutely no follow up whatsoever and calls are not returned. Her staff is the worst I have ever seen and vindictive besides. Ever had a nurse give a shot so that it was painful - on purpose? I had the first of my life at her office, and I'm 60 years old! Sick? You can see her in six weeks, otherwise it's a PA for you. When I complained that the medications weren't helping, the PA announced she could do nothing else for me and I should go somewhere else. I did. Where they figured out what was wrong, changed my meds and I feel better.

Have always had a good experience with the Dr, and staff. Their team work in helping to diagnose a problem really impressed me and staff has always been helpful and friendly.

I was not able to see Dr. Forbes on Feb. 4th because I had a small balance ($41). I'm a cash patient and was seen in September for the first time. I paid what I was told the cost was; but then I got a bill for an extra $72. I could understand that if I was an insurance patient and insurance denied or something; but that was not the case. She will not refill a prescription for since she would not see me on Feb. 4th and it will cause me undue health issues. The thing is I have insurance now and I would have been covered for the visit on the 4th. She was my mother's doctor as well & when she went on vacation she forgot to order blood work while my mother was recovering in a rehab from a serious health issue. It caused her to go back into the hospital the day she got home from the nursing home rehab. Not my type of doctor.

her staff is unprofessional and the billing lady is the very worse , she needs to learn the billing laws, they told me I could not be seen because their check had not came yet and it had been mailed 3 days early but it was the billing ladies mistake in the first place the reason they did not get paid, dr forbes and her pa's are the best that my family has been to but I plan on finding a different dr to go to after my no visit visit today , I am very irritated with the whole unprofessionalism about their billing mistakes that they cant admit and to put me on the spot in front of other patients was uncalled for

Great Doctor, lousy staff. Dr. listens, knows what she is doing, her staff doesn't listen and is not prompt on refills.

Her office staff was very unprofessional, she did not deliver critical test results in a timely fashion, waited 4 months before referring to specialists, and you have to schedule appointment's 3 months out or talk to her P.A's. Going to see her is like calling a sorority, an all girls club, she does not take concerns regarding office treatment seriously. When you go to the office, even 20 minutes early you can expect to wait 2 hours, better try to plan around your days off and hope you don't have an inconvenient illness. Glad I changed.

If you've been waiting a long time to get in with this Doctor, it's for a reason. No one leaves her care. She's an amazingly insightful doctor, and the only assistants she's had since I've been going to her(12+ years) I've never had a bad experience. Her only downfall? She's more concerned about my health than I am.

Been a patient for about 10 years and would not consider changing. She has been correct on all health problems I have had. She refers me to specialist if I need. She takes time with me and explains all of the test results and why she changes medicine or refers me to specialist. Dr. Forbes has been a tremendous help to me and my health.
