I have been going to Dr. Lewis for over 14 years. He takes time with his patients and doesn't push glasses or other prescriptions on you if you don't need them. Todd is great with our son, making him feel at ease and asking questions that he can understand and easily answer. I have gone through surgery under his care and his follow-up was exceptional. His knowledge, care, personality, and professionalism are just some of the reasons i would recommend him.

Love Dr. Lewis! Even when we moved out of town, we still went to him. We now live back here and would never go anywhere else. We have 4 kids in contacts and glasses and both parents.

Honestly, I don't often take the time to review anything. But Dr. Lewis deserves a couple minutes of my time. I have been going to Dr Lewis for about 8 years. Of all the medical professionals I've dealt with, he is by far the most attentive. He is always willing to explain things in detail and provide multiple options. And he sincerely listens. I have never felt hurried along. I do sometimes wait a little while in the waiting room, but I don't mind because I know he will give me the same attention that he's giving to another patient. Overall an excellent Dr.

Dr Lewis is the best dr I've ever seen! He has an excellent bedside manner. Always happy, patient, empathetic, and kind. He jokes with my children and makes them feel comfortable. He is very knowledgeable. My entire family needs vision correction. Dr Lewis doesn't "cookie cutter" our needs. He makes sure each of us has our individual needs met. His staff is very friendly and includes his wife, daughter, and sister. It's so refreshing to go to a family run clinic. They obvious care about their patients. I also think it speaks volumes about the kind of man Dr. Lewis is. He's a family man. I appreciate that in a doctor. I give Dr Lewis 2 thumbs up!

I was a patient of Dr. Lewis for 6 years. As a Dr. he was thorough in his examination and prescription. For that reason I kept going back to him as he was so attentive. His office, however, is POORLY managed. From getting details from Brandy at the front desk to working with Dixie on billing, I'd give them a C grade. I was billed 7 times (starting in March) for procedures the prior October. They then submitted claims to my insurance (Blue Cross) 5 times despite me providing them with a clear explanation of payment and benefits from insurance. I eventually spent 3+ hours of my time to track down the actual payments made by insurance to affirm they were made (after first billing). I've never had to spend so much time to deal with something like this.

I highly recommend this Dr. I'm very sad to have to find a new one, only because they don't accept my insurance :(

Very friendly and helpful. Referred my wife when she needed it. The only problem is that there is quite a bit of pressure to buy from the lens dealer associated with his practice--much more expensive than some.

Dr. Lewis is a very good doctor. Is willing to answer any questions we have regarding any procedure/contacts/glasses. Very nice, competent staff. He has a great personality. He really cares about his patients.
