Kaiser-Permanente
Dr. Lum is easy to speak with and has a broad knowledge. She gives you the time you need as she does with each patient. So if she is a little behind with schedule...I know she is giving time to someone who needs it. She will give me the same courtesy on those appointments that take a little longer with a new diagnosis or needing extra attention. I have recommended her to several of my friends who also go to Kaiser.
