Dr. Allen seemed very knowledgeable and tried to explain some things to me, but he didn't seem to care much about my needs. He diagnosed me with viral conjunctivitis and said to let my eye heal on its own. I tried explaining that my eye had something more chronic and it wasn't going away. He sent me away with no medication, then I went back and begged for some drops for the inflammation and he finally did, but the drops didn't help. My next visit I saw Dr. Russell, and he gave me some drops that did not cure my eye, but helped inflammation and was willing to work more with my needs. He seemed to care more than Dr Allen.
