So blessed we chose this doctor. Dr. Belton is extremely attentive, responsive and available given the special needs of our pregnancy. He is kind but what people should understand is that, more importantly, he is effective. We would choose him again.

In and out in 25 minutes with absolutely NO wait - ever. Unbelievable. And Dr. Belton makes you feel so comfortable. No complaints from me!

My experience with Dr. Belton wasn't that great, either. While he was friendly, I didn't experience the warmth others have spoken of. I filled out a lengthy questionnaire before I saw the doctor, and he did not mention anything that I marked, including such items as, "I am unhappy with my current weight." What doctor ignores that notation from an overweight patient?!? Why ask all the probing questions, if they will not be reviewed and/or discussed? I was dissatisfied. I think I've just been too spoiled by Dr. Segnitz after all those years!

Dr. Belton has been my OBGyn for a few years now. He has delivered two of my children by c-section. He's a caring, supportive doctor who is always willing to listen and address fears and concerns. My favorite thing about the office is that you call with a question and Dr. Belton is the one to return your call and discuss the issue with you. How rare that is! I highly recommend him.

Dr. Belton would be an outstanding doctor if he would only incorporate into his bedside manner and procedures the following in his yearly pap exams: tell the patient what their blood pressure is, listen to the patient's heart and lungs, feel the glands in the neck for any problems, suggest a yearly blood test as an overall exam for the health of the woman, and be less cold. I recently saw him, and unlike the other reviews stated, this man is kind but on the cold side which isn't what I had expected given all the warm fuzzies people have given him. I'll go back one more time on the count of maybe I saw him on a off day, but after that I may have to reconsider.

I'm not usually comfortable with male doctors, but Dr B is an exception. He is always so compassionate, so caring, so kind, and so gentle. The first time I saw him, I didn't even feel the pap test, which is usually very, very painful for me. He's also been very supportive through my difficulties with conception -- and has NOT blamed me for it, because of my anorexia. He's helping us find ways to overcome it, rather than just washing his hands of it. He's just a great guy.

I had Dr. Belton when I went into labor and he was the on call dr. He was great. I am not fond of male ob/gyn's but if I had to have a male he'd be #1 on my list. I was having compications and he handled them very well and explained things thoroughly with compassion and not just in a matter of fact way like some dr's tend to do
