Dr. Otte knows his stuff. Anything I asked, he was able to answer. He was always available to answer my questions over the phone after I left. I can see the improvement in my eyes and I've been to him 4 times and going for more. If he sees treatment isn't helping, he doesn't charge a thing and sends them home. He's honest, and actually cares about his patients. I'm glad I found him.
