My personal experience with Dr. Young and her staff is disappointing, frustrating and to a great degree unprofessional. Her staff has been consistently rude and unaccomodating when calling, even for things a simple as making an appointment. The doctor was laughingly dismissive about my care, uncaring and her "bedside manner" which quite poor. She treats her patients as computer files, numbers and not as a person... not taking time to listen and/or showing interest on a personal level.

I was very pleased with Dr. Young. Have seen other endocrinologists in the area and think she is by far the best. Excellent Dr., very nice person.

My prior endo ran 2-3 hours late first thing in the morning, whereas Dr. Young never has a wait for more than 10 minutes! She apologized for being 15 mts late once...to me that is ON TIME! She takes notes and prints them out for you at the end if requested. Staff has always responded to my requests promptly.

Dr. is very knowledgeable, takes her time to understand your issues and concerns. I have never had to wait in the waiting room, appointments are generally right on time - which I really appreciate! I left the office on my most recent visit with a printout that described my visit, had my test results and future actions/appointments. I wish every doctor I saw was like Dr. Young!

The staff is wonderful, the wait time is about 10-15 minutes. Dr.Young is very imformative is there for you in case of an emergency, you can call her anytime she will help you with your concerns. She is easy to talk to and I just love having her for my Doctor.

Every appointment there has been no longer than a five minute wait. Very knowledgable answers all questions throughly and is very patient. Very interested in what she does, makes a point to try to get everyone as healthy as they can be. She would rather have all of her patients completely cured, even if that would mean she would be out of a job. (thats how much she cares)

She is knowledgeable, uses the latest technology and spent time listening to my concerns and answering my questions. Not to mention, I waited no more than 15 minutes for my appointment. Highly recommend.
