Dr Stanley Braverman performed Lasik surgery on my son at 24 years of age. A full scholarship to college and a bright future ahead of him. Dr. Braverman did not review the required pre tests on his eyes and performed the Lasik. My son is now legally blind and has a serious condition which permanently has caused irreversible cornea damage. He now has major depression and isolation. He attempted suicide. I curse him daily.

arrived 15 minutes early for a 9:30 am appointment as instructed to fill out new patient info. At 11am asked receptionist why I wasn't called yet. Told me I had to wait if not I could reschedule. Was called at 11:40 to be seen by student Dr. At 12 noon was taken to finally see a Dr. Lane. Was told he had left. How can you make someone wait 21/2 Hours and then tell them the Dr. has left the building? The receptionist and office manager should both be fired. I have contacted my insurance company and reported this. I will also report this to my primary physician.

Dr. Braverman is an excellent surgeon and a real pro in all the other areas that make up a great medical practice. His staff is great too. My thanks to Regina and Dr. Bravermans entire crew for making my surgery a pleasure.

Dr. Braverman performed my lasik surgery and he and his wonderful staff conducted test after test before the actual surgery was done. I don't understand how people can write such nasty comments about him when he is such a caring person. Perhaps they are offended by his professional manner. Dr. Braverman is very knowledgeable in his field of practice and I don't think I would have let him touch my eyes if I didn't have the utmost confidence in his abilities. Everything went very smoothly and I donated ALL my eyeglasses to the Lyons eye bank. His office is located in an area where there are thousands of senior citizens and IT IS always busy, but if you want the best, you have to wait.I would recommend Dr. Braverman to anyone who is considering eye surgery.

as new patient, this doctor had unpleasant manner-just didn't care, didn't listen, didn't help, misdiagnosed the problem and had to pay another doctor to get the correct care. won't go back and would not recommend.
