Dr has excellent bedside manner and the staff was helpful and pleasant!

Dr Clements has always listened to what I am saying to him, then with his vast knowledge he comes right off the of things we can do to either confirm or deny his diagnosis of the issue. Has great people skills, and a pleasure to ever time.

I have been seeing Dr. Clements for at least the last 10 years. He is very knowledgeable and very thorough with diagnosing and treating internal issues. He’s always kind and positive, no matter how sick you are, he’s there for his patients. He will listen to you, and help you understand your problems. He’s always willing to explain things and to offer alternatives when they are available! His staff is super helpful as well. There’s a reason he’s the #1 gastro doc in the area!

The nurse that check my bp and weight was cold and very impersonal had a cold vibe . The lady I spoke with for scheduling. My procedure was very nice very helpful. Answered a lot of my questions and just had a kind heart.

Feel like try are all doing everything possible to help me get better. Nurses have gone above and beyond to return calls and give advice. Very caring and diligent.

Dr. Clements listens to the patient and takes his time with you. Doesn’t feel like he is in a hurry to move on to someone else. His staff is great, too.

Waited at front windowfor 10 minutes while receptionist was seeing a vendor (no apology) and in room for one hour (no apology) during visit. I like Dr Clements and he is very personable but better understanding of others schedules and commitments would be beneficial. Bonnie was very nice and professional
