she does not listen to patients complains. Does not give the referrals needed and overcharge for procedures that I was not even consulted before assuming it was included in the consultation.

Dr Heap just passes everything off to age. Doesn't listen or care to do research to help. She didn't listen and I had to go to another dr to fund out I am autoimmune. Other dr did more detailed research to help me. I wouldn't recommend Dr Heap. Takes 3 months to see her for a 10 minute meeting just to be told nothing. Very dissatisfied

Going into the waiting room feels very unwelcoming, not friendly attitude. Hearing other patients talking to staff sounds like to get something done must be firm and demanding to get attention. never on time with appointments, have to wait in waiting room and then wait ina room to be seen by doctor. seem to overbook patients.

Dr. Heap has the worst bedside manner. Argues and told me i don't know my own symptoms. she told me i was not severe enough infection to prescribe any medicine to help. Just take more allergy pills.

then she walked out of room as i was talking to her. said "i don't have time for this" and went to next patient.

i changed doctors after that.

She was fairly nice and conversational but seemed a little strange. She wheeled her cart & computer in, something I've never seen from a doctor. Her staff was kind of intimidating, and the office just didn't feel very inviting. I had clogged ears, and the nurse technician dude seemed like he just got off the streets from his gang and decided to work at the hospital... Not the most friendly vibes. Overall, I got relief from the clogged ears. But left wanting to go somewhere else.

Horrible office and horrible doctor. My file was lost after my first visit and the doctor's comment was, "oh well, you've only been here once, so we didn't loose much information"...really???? And she didn't even try to collect the information that I have previously provided, like my existing chronic conditions!

Dr. Heap is a good, no-nonsense, smart doctor, and her staff is fine. We've had no problems at all at this office. Thumbs up from our family.

Do not trust this woman with any health issues!!! She is one of the worst most non caring Dr's I have ever been to. After describing a number of symptoms and a family history of fibroid tumors, she informed me it was most likely gas and nothing to worry about. I insisted on an ultra sound that she did order, then rushed out of the office with out any physical examination as she went on to the next patient. After my results were then faxed to her office it took Dr Heap another 48 hours before looking at my test results to then tell me I had a cyst on my ovary and a large scale fibroid tumor taking up the entirety of my uterus. Once again, do not trust this woman with your health. She seems to work in what can only be described as a hurried trance, with little to no regard for the care and concerns of her patients

I agree with the people here, she is not much interested in you, infact it felt like she was in a rush. I needed a pap test, i called for the results about 3 weeks later and the nurse told me that they lost my specimen. It is height of negligence. I am not going back to this doc at all.

Dr Heap is the least interested doctor I have ever seen. My family has a large history of diabetes and cancer- so I finally decided to go get a check up. As I was trying to explain she just "shooed" everything away. She didn't care what I had to say and thought she knew it all. In actuality- I am a medical student so I too know some medical information. She was very disinterested during the check up and rushed through it. To top it all off- even with health insurance- this is the MOST I have EVER had to pay AFTER insurance paid their part.

I am a new patient with Dr. Heap, and so far everything has been excellent. First, I went in for a general checkup, even though nothing was wrong and Dr Heap recommended a blood test, she however advsd me to check w my insurance first, so I would get a giant bill, just to be on the safe side. She also was very patient and attentive during my first pap test. Answered all my questions thoughtfully and again was very patient. I dont have anything negative to say, I will stay for her for a while.
