Dr Pickett did a full left knee replacement on 7/1/19. Now 2 months later I cannot imagine being happier. I plan in the spring to have him replace my right knee. Dr and all of his staff are excellent knowledgeable and very helpful and courteous. Thank you Dr Pickett.

Best doctor in Altus. Helful & trustworthy. I cannot say enough good about Dr Pickett. It's been only 3 months since my knee surgery & I'm almost pain free. I was in almost constant pain for the past 4 years. So grateful & thankful for him & his staff!

Waited over an hour and a half to see the doctor, upon arrival the young woman at the front desk was extremely rude and curt. Once I finally met the doctor he was nice and knowledgeable. I have confidence in his ability and knowledge, however it's fairly hard to get over his office staff, their lack of communication and lack of professional manner. It would also be fantastic if they would return phone calls. Love the doctor, he needs new staff.

Dr. Pickett has done total knee replacements on both my knees. I was extremely knock-knee'd from arthritis. He did a wonderful job! My left knee was done November 9, 2010. My right knee was done February 7, 2011. I am now mostly fully recovered and live in a new world. In my opinion Dr. Pickett is the very best! Very little pain did I ever have after surgery and my recovery has gone just like clockwork. I would highly recommend Dr. Pickett for total knee replacement surgery. He is not only good with the procedure, but he explains the reason for your physical problem and he explains exactly what he is going to do about it. If I ever have to have another surgery to do with orthopedics I will definately go back to Dr. Pickett in an instant with no hesitation at all. He is kind, compassionate, and he know's what he is doing!

Exceptionally knowledgeable, outstanding bedside manner. My surgery and recovery went smooth. I would recommend Dr. Pickett to anyone, any age, that may need hip replacement surgery. I can't say thanks enough.

Great Doctor. He knows what he is talking about and always has a smile (even when he's about to perform surgery on you). Bedside manner is great!
