Said they could not refill my blood pressure meds until I paid my balance. I have been with this Dr. for over 10 years and this is the first time that I have ever had a balance. Complete lack of empathy. I am done with this place.

Me and my family have been patients of Dr. Love's since he opened his practice in Dec. 2005. We just love him, his wife and his staff! HE LISTENS to us every time we are there with a problem and he treats us like family, which is so very rare these days with doctors! His staff, which have been a few over the years have, for the most part, been caring and kind. I believe they have finally found the right combination with regards to their staff. These ladies and a gentleman work so well together and have been working together for the last 4 years I believe. My wife and I own our own business and I can tell you first hand that trying to find the right combination of people to work well together is tougher than most people think! When you get sick you get seen the same day, we love that and they have always had that policy for as long as I can remember! As far as his practice manager (his wife) goes, they have a very successful practice and of course someone has to be the one to carry out the unpleasant task of "firing" employees or even patients. I have had the pleasure of getting to know Dr. Love's wife Lea over the last few years. She is truly a wonderful person who genuinely cares for their employees and patients. I have witnessed over the years how much Lea has done for their employees. After reading the negative comments about Mrs. Love or even Dr. Love, I have come to a conclusion that most people find it is easier to point a finger and place blame on anyone else rather than where it belongs, with them. The Loves are fine and decent people who really care about their employees and patients and I am glad to be counted among them!

Any time we have went to Dr. Loves office they have treated us very well and will see you even with out an appointment. Dr. Love has gone above and beyond in taking care of the wife and I for a few years now and we are glad he is our family doctor. If you go in trying to bull dog this doctor all I can say is you will definately have your hands full. Dr. Love will tell you like it is and pulls no punches. I for one prefer a doctor that is up front and honest with you instead of blowing smoke. If you can not get along with this doctor then I say there is something wrong with you and you need to find another doctor.

At one point in time I would have. However, the wife is very unprofessional, she never calls back she has no business management skills what so ever and will "fire" u as a patient, if u upset her. Dr.love, he use to be on top of patient care but The practice has out grown the practitioner! The PA is helpful but normally I couldnt get in to see the doctor when I felt he was more appropriate. Don't expect to see the same faces working there either, they go through staff like they go through toilet paper! No face is ever the same and the current staff, some are not professional and seem to be inexperienced. They had two nurses that were very punctual, caring and really helpful but they have disappeared! I had spent several years as a patient and feel it is time to move on!

Dr. Love is a good doctor, unfortunately when you place a wife in charge of the office you will have problems. If she gets mad at you for any little thing she will send you a letter to find another doctor and not return phone calls. I believe she doesn't tell dr. Love alot of what she does because he is more professional than that. It is a shame she is in control of an office of such a good doctor running off patients.

Dr. Love and Crystal Coe are both amazing. I have been seeing them for about 6 or 7 years. They have worked hard to solve many difficult problems for both me and my wife. He has a great amount of common sense with the background of first being an ER doctor. Basically he's been there and done that, seen it and treated it. I've never had ANY problems with his staff or his wife. They have all been professional, punctual, caring, and all have a wonderful bedside manner. I HIGHLY reccommend this office.

I've been seeing Dr.Love for about 6 years while in the start of his practice he was the best doctor in town but his practice has overgrown his physician asst. Is basically I walking percribtion pad tell her what you want you get it not informative just pill you up send you out. It is almost impossible to see the doctor himself but his staff is above and beyond ,you never wait for an appointment and if you have no real cronic health problems just a few minor illnesses there your people. We are always treated as family.

Dr. Love is a very good doctor; however, he has so many patients that he has his PA Crystal Coe assist most of his patients. She is somewhat friendly, but not the best person to oversee medical treatment or give advice. She tends to get very defensive if a patient says or ask anything that questions her advice. She seldom provides the correct medication to begin with, which causes you to have to return for the same issue. Frustrated the last time I went because of having to return once again for an uncured problem Crystal was very unprofessional and had me perform certain medical procedures that she should have done herself. When the concern was brought to her attention she became upset and informed me that she would deactivate my records as their patient.Days later I received a letter in the mail from Dr. Love's wife,it was very unprofessionally written, filled with false accusations, and I was told that they would no longer see me as a patient. His staff is ruining his practice!
