Reception staff were OK. Dr Blauvelt & his surgery coordinator were wonderful. He is kind, caring & explains everything so the average person understands the procedue & recovery totally. I will definitely use him again & highly recommend.

I found this doctor actually has a personality. He was professional, open, honest and upfront. He explained the various options for my hand surgery. I went away pleased and with a plan. My daughter had seen him for a gymnastics injury and this report score would be the same for this doctor. The staff in both cases were seemed overly firm/direct with a wait time in both cases of over an hour.

My first visit was last week. I was treated like I was an idiot. This dr. is very rude and sarcastic. He did all the talking, and if I wanted to ask a question, he would just keep talking. Sorry I wasted my time with him.

THIS WAS A REFERRAL APPT AND I WAS TOLD BY THE FRONT DESK TO ARRIVE 30 MINS BEFORE MY ACTUAL APPT - AN UNNECESSARILY LONG WAIT AS I WAS LED TO BELIEVE THAT MY APPT WAS WITHIN 15 MINS OF MY ARRIVAL. DR BLAUVELT WAS RUDE AT THE VERY ONSET OF MY APPT AND CONTINUED TO BE SARCASTIC AND HOSTILE THROUGHOUT MY EXAM. THIS WAS MY FIRST APPT AT THIS CLINIC, AND I HAVE HAD NO PREVIOUS CONTACT WITH THIS PHYSICIAN OR THE CLINIC STAFF. HE SEEMED QUITE KNOWLEDGEABLE BUT HIS ATTITUDE WAS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE ONLY PRIOR INFORMATION HE WAS GIVEN FOR MY APPT WAS THE REASON FOR REFERRAL AND MY INSURANCE CARRIER (?). I AM SEEKING AN ALTERNATE REFERRAL.
