I feel that Dr. Chertoff maintains affiliations with too many hospitals to be efficient in any one of them and relies too much on an assistant to b efficient.

Never spends enough time with the patient. Always seems like he has to be somwhere else. Doesnt appear to listen to what you tell him. Does'nt seem interseted.Your wait is always longer than your visit. Surgery went well. Certainly appears knowledgeable. Assistant John is terrible about returning phone calls, getting scans, X-rays, etc scheduled.

very busy although always took time to answer questions or advise on what course to go, how to get back healthy. In pre-op, O.R., and post-op always there to make sure everything is ok.
