An excellent surgeon, who responded quickly in an emergency situation!

I actually had Dr Hamby perform 2 hernia repairs some 12 years apart on either side. I can't comment on medical knowledge but he at leasts communicates like a normal guy and doesn't treat you like some fool.

I waited over and hour during my follow up for hernia surgery, and he spent 3 minutes in the room with me, didn't ask if I had any questions and was wlking out the door as I was trying to determine when I could start going back to my normal routine. He then managed to lose my paperwork that he was to fill out for my work disability.This was a Mon Morning, by Wed I gave up and faxed a new copy to his office. By Friday afternoon I was told by his office that the paperwork had been filled out, but the girl who handled it was gone until Monday and everyone else was too busy to spend 30 seconds faxing my paperwork in so that my claim could be processed and I could start to be payed( my surgery was almost 2 weeks ago at this point)
