Beware of this Doctor we had her for over 10 years thought she was the greatest , moved to BC 2/5 years ago , took our medical information with us . got a Doctor out here and the first visit he asked me how my Pulmonary Fibrosis was doing i looked at him and totally confused didn't have a clue what he was talking about . This is a fatal disease but there is Medication to slow the progression of the disease down , which would lengthen you life span , she never informed me i even had it , wrote her a letter she refuses to answer , the Lung Specialist Dr Taraska she sent me to also got a letter and Refuses to answer . the sooner you get on these Meds , the longer your Life Span . Not sur what kind of both these Doctors are , I guess they both figured my life is not worth anything , with my present condition from my tests they say i might get 2/ 2.5 years . Under these conditions I'm not sure when they even diagnosed with this disease . With what i have been dealing with here she does not value the Life of her patients for sure extremely disappointed in her behaviour not very professional what so ever . People Be Aware .Not been Truthful .

Dr Hanna was recommended from a friend. After my first few visits with her I left feeling that she didn't like me much. It took a while for me to realize that she is not there to be my friend or even a friendly person. My health is her top priority. She is thorough and will leave no stone unturned when looking for clues. I've had a few really great doctors over the years that left for the States or a more specialized field but I have to say Dr Hanns is the best Doctor I have ever had!

The worst clinic. New Receptionist Very rude. Hanna doesn’t listen to your issues and constantly interrupts. She will take walk ins over your appointment, even when your the first appointment of the day.

Dr. Hanna is truly an amazing Doctor who really cares for her patients. She is very knowledgeable and kind. We had the blessing of having her as our family doctor and would recommend her 100% to anyone!

SOOO THOROUGH! I don't love her bedside manner but she REALLY is a wonderful doctor who is very thorough and makes sure you get your results and follow up appointments. She's not calling you back to review your results just for the money. She's doing it because she wants to know your okay with the results and if you have any questions. It's very much a personable thing. Build a relationship with her and you may just get a call with her over the phone on the weekend or weekday. She's old school and I like it! Those that do find her and love her are lucky to have her. Not happy, go elsewhere please!

I started to see dr. Hanna about a year ago. I liked her from the first visit. As some people mentioned , that she is abrupt, however I find it more straight forward than abrupt or rude....
very knowledgeable , listen to every little complain you have, if you need to see specialist - she send you without waiting years to see your condition worsens...
she even followed up with me ( via phone call) urgent issue on weekend as I didn’t answered on Friday.

I like her a lot, recommend as a family doctor.
