Staff and doctor are unprofessional. The doctor spends no more the 5 or 10 minutes with you.
He never checked anything. Didn't lay a finger on me. Most doctors check to see if your legs are swollen or check your lungs, etc. I would never recommend him. What does a family doctor do?

He is not a sensitive nor caring doctor for the elderly especially those in need of real assistance.

Due to Dr. Bets staff, I am looking for another Doctor. I have been in their several times and every time his staff have been impatient and rude to any question I have had. They do not carry a comfortable environment for those who are ill. The last thing you need when you are sick is inconsiderate people.

Rude and unprofessional staff. The doctor himself is nothing but a prescription writer. I'm looking for a new PCP now, mainly because of his personnel. He, too, doesn't strike you as particularly qualified to be a doctor. He would normally spend no more than 5 to 10 minutes on you.

I've been a patient of this office for over 10 years. Fortunately I'm quite healthy and have only needed to see Dr. Bet maybe once or twice every other year. Over this time I've seen the quality of his administrative staff deteriorate greatly, my files get lost, experienced outright rudeness on the phone by his staff and feel like I'm being rushed through a mill when see him for treatment. I'm seeking another physician...

Dr Bet is one of the nicest doctors I have met. I have always found him personable and willing to listen to my concerns. He is always willing to offer solutions that work within my time and lifestyle constraints, offering several options to solve whatever ails me. Dr. Bet is a family/general practitioner so I don't force expectations on him that are out of his field. That's what specialists are for. The only problem i have when visiting Dr. Bet is parking. It can be somewhat of a hit or miss depending on the time of day.

Seemed distracted almost everytime we saw him as though somewhere else when you speak with him. Find someone with a passion for what they do and they will always do it far better than those appearing disinterested.

I went to see Dr. Bet for the first time due to high cholesterol, anxiety attacks, and migraines. He was irritated with me initially because his staff failed to put my lab results in the chart and took it out on me. In the 3 minutes he spent with me, he told me that the doctor who ordered the lab testing (my gynecologist) was "not a real doctor". I moved on and explained the history of anxiety and migraines in my family and that almost all of my family members are on medication for one or both of these things. He said to me "You need to lose a significant amount of weight. I don't know what else to tell you" and then basically walked out. I left there and had a mild anxiety attack due to the way he acted. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SEE THIS DOCTOR

I was ill and a new patient. When I called to make an appointment, I was told their policy required I wait 30 days before he would see me. I asked if, given my illness, they would please waive the policy. They would not. They told me to go to a clinic or get another doctor.
