I very seldom write reviews and this is my first for a doctor. With that said, Dr. Ramdass is the type of doctor I believe all doctors should be like. He answered all my questions in a non condescending way ( even the stupid ones ) with clarity and reassured me during the initial visit what would happen and why. During both procedures, he kept me engaged with subtle humor and light conversation which put me at ease. Both feet are healing quickly because of his competence and skill. His assistant Tracy and office staffers Helen and Amber were awesome, a pleasure to deal with and went out of their way to help me and make me feel confident in my decision to go ahead with the procedures. In closing, if you have feet, you will do well to choose Dr. Ramdass. He is a ROCKSTAR among podiatrists!!!

Dr. Ramdass is my favorite doctor of all time. He patiently waited over 10 years for me to realize I needed bunion surgery. Somehow the surgery frightened me despite my total confidence in him to perform it, but finally I agreed to let him to do it. No complications and very little pain plus a personally delivered "ice machine" by one of his reps. He is a hidden gem in the Winchester area. Some medical personnel who assist in many surgeries confided to me during mine how Dr. Ramdass would be their first and only choice as well. I feel so grateful to know such a competent and inspiring and genuinely wonderful doctor human being.

Appointment desk is not interested in helping anyone, even established patients with insurance, and when they have openings. Very sad given the fact that Dr. Ramdass is the best foot doctor in Winchester.

Dr. Ramdass listened to all my foot issues, he knew where the pain was generating from and why it was happening. He told us of all my options on the first visit, we decided to start at easiest approach to this foot and ankle pain. We worked on therapy, foot elevation, steroids, pain creams, walking boot, special shoes to wear, this went on for months. Finally I had to give into the last result of having surgery. The recovery is long, no matter what questions I had, Dr Ramdass was right there to give support, he was very concerned with my recovery. I will never go to another foot doctor. He is very qualified, kind, listens carefully and never forgets any of our conversations. He is very much into patient education, wants his patients to know and understand every stage of the illness and recovery. It's hard to find a Doctor that is so committed to his profession and his patients.

I was a difficult patient. Surgeries, infection, ect. Roland Ramdass and his staff were ALWAYS available on short notice at multiple offices. I got more than I paid for. his staff is extremely prfessional and accomodating. I experienced short wait times at multiple locations. I had same day appointments when necessary. I wish Dr Ramdass was my dive buddy, because I would trust him with my life, even if I was being swallowed by a shark. First Class Dr.- -Speaks perfect English AND you can read his writing!
