The doctors and staff are all very helpful. They are pleasant when checking you in and are mindful of your time. Usually when I go to the doctors; I plan on being a whole day. At Dr. Mikhail's office, I don't waist the day.

I had the displeasure of working along side this provider. He is rude, unprofessional and passive- aggressive. He did not respond to phone calls and emails about the facility where he was the medical director and many times refused to admitt patients whenever he did not get his way. This placed the facility at risk of closing on many occassions. His mood swings were epic and intimidated many of the staff forcing many staff to quit. He charged the facility for work hours he did not perform on policies and treatment team meetings. Often late, he did not spend time with patients doing needed assessments or treatment team meetings to get knowledge of what they really needed. His female NP was also rude and unprofessional. Despite this behavior, which is well known to all nursing staff who has had contact with this practice, he continues to move into facilities throughout the state. Most facilities are so desperate for the services they are not careful to research this practice and this Provider's history. NC is already burden by its troubled mental health system and this Provider has made it worse

Ashraf is an extremely weird individual. Believes everyone on earth should be on antipsychotic drugs. Believes everyone is psychotic when he himself is the only truly psychotic person that he truly knows

From Cairo Egypt full of camel shxt. Compassionate but only about money. Loves over dosing patients with addictive prescription meds to the point of coma. Commits patients to his hospitals for no reason at all only scamming them for as much money possible ruining their lives. Decorates his office with giveaway trash from pharmaceutical companies. Several cases where he should have his license revoked for malpractices. This man is a joke in every way possible for a human being. Mikhail G. Ashraf is going to burn in hxll

Some of his staff tries really hard the rest have horrible attitudes, his punctuality... HE'S NOT!
After your 1st appointment the only thing he helps with is seeing how fast he can get you out of his office, prescripe you anything under the sun, pump you full of medication so you'll keep coming back and yet again not share any of his" knowledge" with you and unfortunately he has molded his colleagues to be exactly the same way! He runs his office like a fast food or a gas station chain! If you want and actually need help don't waste your time, if you want a quick fix and are into all of that pill insanity his office is where you want to go.

The very first time I met this doctor, he seemed alrifht. The second time my mother in law came with me because I wanted her to hear about the medicine was I was on due to her having depression herself. He was more interested in the fact that she was from NJ, and that I married "Yankee". Always rushed, and never really seemed to care about the concerns I had. Anytime I thought my medicines weren't working, he just gave me a higher dose even though I KNOW it's not the medicine I should've been on. (Depression and anxiety.) I didn't feel like myself, and he had absolutely no concerns about that. My appts usually lasted 5 minutes, to the max. Would NOT recommend him to anyone.

I am shocked by some of the negative reviews. This place has the shortest wait time I have ever dealt with, especially compared with the number of people I see in the waiting room. Specifically speaking of Dr Mikhail, he is great, he is very knowledgeable, and I trust him. He has worked with my specific situation to try to help me and do what is best for me, knowing my specific and unique issues. The office is nice looking and comfortable to be in.
