Kept me waiting so long for surgery I had a severe kidney infection from kidney stones. Was admitted to hospital and my kidneys were shutting down and I had a three day stay at hospital. Then had painful stent placement afterwards and she was the most cold hearted person I’ve ever met. She told my husband rolling her eyes that it wasn’t that bad as I layed there with tears running out my eyes from the pain . Even her nurse gave a questionable look behind her back when she said that . I would not let her touch my dog . She is awful .

Dr. Ptak was not personable at all. She spent little time talking to me and was rushed in her examination.

Dr.Ptak is top notch, I'm glad to have her as my Dr. She is straight forward and does not beat around the bush. She is an absolute professional!
