Like many others here, I waited a week for a virtual appointment and waited on hold for an hour only to have the appointment cancelled.

If my referral request needed an in person assessment (it didn't) it should have been noted on the intake form and cancelled beforehand.

I was enrolled in the health connect program to find myself a family doctor. I just attempted to follow up and 811 told me that this Dr had registered me as their patient.

I've been waiting for years to find a family doctor and this person enrolls me as his patient for some incentive money? And I've never seen him?

How is this legal?

After waiting for an hour on hold to see the doctor, Dr. Watson canceled when I was next in line saying I needed to see MD in person. I was seeking a referral for psychiatrist counseling after a sexual assault weeks prior. I doubt he even read why I was there. He didn't even have the courtesy to pop on the call and tell me. I had rearranged my whole schedule to be available for that call and then the subsequent hour I waited. I was unable to reschedule anything for another week. It was really hard when I was already emotionally vulnerable.

I’ve dealt with Dr Watson a few times now. One time was a virtual care appointment - he was late due to technical difficulties and I had to disconnect, but he made great efforts to contact me back & was very helpful. Personally I’m very comfortable with Dr Watson & glad to have come across him.

He has never shown up for my virtual care appointment with him! and no notification either.

I waited for more than 1 hour for a 5 minute virtual appointment and Dr. Watson didn't show up. I rebook an appointment with other doctor. Total waste of time.

Dr. Watson has for the past several years looked after various issues in connection to my medical care. He has been unfailingly attentive, diligent and resourceful. I’m very pleased to rate his care as optimum, five star, leaving me impressed and grateful.
