Dr Jeffries is a compassionate, knowledgeable neurologist He is extremely thorough and takes the time see how I'm feeling and answer any questions. Top notch !

The front desk staff at the Wheaton office can be rude, unresponsive and does little to reach out and provide assistance. I am very disappointed with them. The office manager is fabulous, it's the staff that answer the phones and greet you when you come in

Dr. Jeffries is an excellent physician - friendly, easy to talk to, clearly extremely skilled in his field. I've been seeing him regularly for many years and am absolutely happy as his patient.

Excellent doctor! BUT most unhelpful staff members you could ever find anywhere. Slow or no response non-caring and happy to show it.
