I wouldn't let him anywhere near me. He has no standards. The fact that someone like him is allowed to practice medicine terrifies me.

Dr. Szalapski took time to investigate my concerns about pain likely related a 2-year-old fall and to suggest a treatment plan. He is personable. I have seen him before and specifically requested an appointment with him because I have confidence in his work.

Dr. Szalapski is very knowledgeable, shows an interest in you as a person, and I would say that his goal is to give the beat care possible, And he does.

Dr. Edward W. Szalapski has been my family 's surgeon for a number of years and provides excellent care.

Dr. Szalapski replaced two of my joints. He performed a total reverse on my shoulder and a total knee replacement. Both joints are now functional again. I plan to have Dr. Szalapski replace my other knee early next year. Overall I have found Dr. Szalapski to be extremely competent and responsive to my needs. His staff has been superb, always being there to help in every way.

Dr. Szalapski is excellent in every way. He made me feel comfortable right away as he is personable, friendly, and caring. He is extremely thorough and takes time to fully explain everything in a way I can understand. He made sure I was well taken care of and got me into Physical Therapy right away. This was a great experience for me during a difficult hand injury thanks to this caring and knowledgeable doctor!!

Dr. Edward Szalapski has been my orthopedic physician for over 12 years. My mother referred him to me after multiple, successful ortho surgeries.
I had successful bi-lateral, knee replacement surgery, over twelve years ago. No more pain, and I have my mobility back. I got my life back!
I am now recovering from left, reverse total shoulder replacement. After three months of recuperation and physical therapy, my shoulder pain is gone, my mobility is better now than it has been in the last ten years.
Dr. Szalapski is a surgeon, with exceptional skill, compassion, patience and attentiveness. I am always greeted with warmth and encouragement, plus a wonderful, positive energy. I highly recommend Dr. Szalapski and his amazing team at Twin Cities Orthopedics.
