Worst doctors office I have EVER experienced! Very unprofessional was lied to and staff was very rude! When we switched doctors it took two weeks to fax over paperwork for a pregnancy! Even the new office we switched to had called them several times asking for records! Never would I refer anyone to her she's A joke!

I personally loved Dr. Matchett! Yes, I will admit that I have had a few calls where the staff called and had to cancel my appointment and reschedule and yes there were longer that expected wait times in the office. However, when its your time to see her she does not rush and she takes care and shows compassion. She was also a counselor for me as I went through my pregnancy. When delivery time came for the baby, she was there for me all the way. Such a sweet spirited person!

Im sorry to hear that she is closing her practice, even though the waiting was sometimes overrated. she did a considerably great job when I came to delivering my son , and I would definitely go to her again If I got pregnant a second time. although I do wish I could have found out what the sex of the baby was at her office, it was still a great experience.

So glad to hear this so called doctor is closing her practice. Lets hope she stops practicing all together! She is dangerous!

I am post-menopausal and have seen Dr. Matchett several times and once she did a D&C for me. I have no complaints about her or her staff. Reasonable wait time for appointments, for me, but I can understand the unpredictability of her schedule due to births, emergencies, etc. She was knowledgeable and was very kind and receptive to my input (I'm famous for input!). I was sorry to receive recent correspondence that she is closing her office. Now what do I do?!

Never there when needed. Empty promises. Lied to over and over. Some of the worst care I have ever experienced. Would not recommend this OB to my worst enemy.

This is the second pregnancy in which I have been treated by Dr. Matchett. She has always been willing to answer any question that I have and I personally love her bedside manor. Yes I too have had to wait beyond my scheduled appt to be seen but I have realized that being an obgyn comes with a crazy schedule. No one can predict a time of birth for any patient less it be a scheduled induction. I have faith knowing if I went in labor during her normal business hours she would risk delaying her schedule to assist me in my time of need.

The whole office was very rude. I am 34 years old and they all told me I was too old to be having children that my eggs aren't any good. Even argued with me about the complications from the prior birth control I had been on. (Mirena) even after the thousands of lawsuits that it had against it for the same problem. I am pregnant again and will never return to this office again.
