Dr Dinu was very informative and truly cares about her patients. She always listens to my concerns ans explains things and what my options are. I was trying to get pregnant for years, she did a tests and suggested a surgery to help me , which was never suggested by any of my doctors before. Surely enough, I got pregnant 2 months after she performed the surgery!

The wait time the past three times I've been there has been more than an hour, the doctor really didn't build a relationship with me. I felt really uncomfortable the whole time. They charged me a copay $50 before I entered the room and the doctor didn't do anything to me!!! (RIP OFF) They do not accept debit or credit cards. The staff isn't friendly and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Expect an extremely long wait time and a very short time with the doctor. Her staff is terrible; unprofessional and condescending, and as unhelpful as possible. Also, expect that all your bills will be screwed up and will take months to work out correctly. Would not recommend.

Not the best doctor there is. Really did not like her. She gave me a false diagnosis and always urged me to change insurance. I'm glad I switched doctors before she did anymore procedures. I personally believe all she cares about is the money. I wouldn't recommend her to anybody. But that's just my opinion. Some people genuinely like her.

Some of the secretaries have attitudes. I was kept waiting for more than 40 minutes inside the doctors office with no information about where the doctor is so I went out to ask the secretary how long it would be and that I had another appointment I had to be at, she said give the doctor a minute. 20 minutes later still no sign when there was absolutely no one in the waiting room to be seen either. So I went out and asked again how long it would be and the secretary literally gave me a death stare at which time the doctor showed up. I guess the secretary complained to her because the doctor herself gave me an attitude. She informed me that I could leave if I wanted, I told her after waiting around an hour for her and her finally getting there, I would like to get her consultation. She said if waiting would be a problem for me she could give me numbers to other doctors. I said no thank you I already have numbers for other doctors and that it would be courteous to at least INFORM the patient how long it would take and that the doctor would be with you in a minute. No apologies, no nothing. She talked over me, saw me quickly and then let me out. this is not the first time she has done this either. First time I had an appointment with her, I was her first appointment. She was late. I was kept waiting in the room with a gown on for 40 minutes. Again, no apology from her. I am never rude to people and am a nice person. I guess this doctor needs to learn to respect her patients. I will be informing other friends who go to her about my experience. I feel that, being a patient, I deserve respect which is far out of Catalina's range. Also, when I went to the pharmacy, to which she had supposedly called my Rx's into, she had missed one completely. I had 2 prescriptions. I had to call her secretary and inform her to please make the call again for the prescription and she said she would call me back. It's been 3 hours, and no call back. Honestly, I don't believe this doctor has the patient's best interest at heart. I don't trust her diagnosis. She doesn't seem as learned as other doctors I have met with. I wasn't satisfied with her diagnosis on both visits. I was left with a feeling of uncertainty. Please do yourself a favor and go to someone that's trustable. After all, it's your body. You should expect someone that is trustable. I will be posting this review elsewhere too to keep patients informed about what kind of a doctor they are going to.

Dr. Dinu has been my OBGYN for about 7 months. Each time I have seen her she comments that my insurance sucks and there is not much she could do for me because of my insurance. I recently called the offcie for a severe pain I was having and the office gave me an appointment. When I arrived to the appointment I was told I would not be treated because I had two insurance coverage and they will not be in between a fight of which insurance will pay for the visit. i clearly explained that my original insurance was still my primary and only had the secondary coverage for emergencies. Even after complaining of severe pain the provider would not treat me. the office clearly dicriminated against me because I had medicaid and whe they learned I obtained private secondary insurance they would not treat me till I dropped the Medicaid coverage even though the provider is a participating provider of my medicaid coverage. Horrible staff and money hungry provider. Would not recommend this provider to anyone no matter the medical coverage they have.

I was seeing Dr. Dinu from October 2014 until June 2015. I originally went to her for a cyst that needed to be drained. When I went to her the cyst was already huge and needed to be drained immediately. Instead she put me on antibiotics and had me wait one week for the procedure. I was so ill with fevers, chills, and could barely stand when she fianlly did the procedure. After the procedure i was given a appointment a week later for a follow up. When I got there I was told they didn't have any patients that and I would have to come back. Fast forward eight months later I got the cyst again same spot. I went to her with all the same symptoms and was told antibiotics and drainage a week later. I explained to her that i think she should do the drainage before I get seriously ill again and she refused. Said I could go to the hospital, which I did. All went well at the hospital and I was told to follow up with my gyno. I let the front girls know I was already there this week, how I went to hospital for procedure, and that I needed to see Dr. for follow up. The girl gave me a appointment for the end of the week. When I got there the front desk girl said how did you make the appointment and I thought this again?! Then the girl told me the doctor won't see me because the insurance wouldn't pay for two visits in the same week. I called my insurance company immediately and they said that is not true. Finally the girl comes back after speaking to Dr. Dinu and told me the she refused to see me. Horrible doctor and incompetent staff. I honestly believe she never did my procedure correctly and that is why is reoccurred. If you have any serious gyno problems stay away from Dr. Dinu.
