Dr. Mcconnell was great until he made a mistake and never apologized for the unnecessary surgery that I had. He was callous and not helpful after his mistake. Instead of apologizing he blamed me. The staff is wonderful and very helpful in navigating the insurance process, but I will never go back to him after how rude and uncaring he was.
