In violation of Hipp aDr. Anwar S. Alkunani clinic lost years of my medical records and mixed up the only record they kept with another patient. Beware of sloppy practices. Also note secretary of state records shown them to be Not In Good Standing.

Horrible horrible experience. First visit i waited 45 minutes until i saw Dr. Then was told prenatal vitamins would be called into pharmacy and nothing for 2 weeks. called and left messages with staff, then a different presciption was sent. Then when i had a bad really reaction she was so mad i had her paged on a Saturday after not responding to the message om Friday i left around 1pm. Then She hangs up on me. REALLY what dr does that. Dr Al-Kunani is wonderful. I had to do treatments in her office for 6 months. The staff member before I had procedures had called around one of the pharmacy that had that special medicine that I needed. That my insurance would not cover. I've referred others to this doctor. She takes her time to explain. Excellent. Mary B.

I have been seeing this dr. for 6 months now and a procedure that should have been done months ago still has not been done. I have to call the office 5 times just to get them to call back, they do not respond to faxes from pharmacies or anyone else. She was even late to suregery in the first step of my process and the hospital was angry with her. Not to mention, I hade to call the office for 3 weeks before they even decided to attempt to schedule my surgery. Now I'm still sitting here with an issue that she says really needs to be addressed before it worsens but she does nothing to ge tthe process going. She seems to have a lot of knowledgw but just too busy or lazy to do what needs to be done to satisfy her patients. The staff in the Hoffman Estates are rude and doesnt seem to care about anything but a paycheck.

Never treated with so little dignity and respect as was treated by this doctor. She has no bedside manner if you don't go with what she wants you to do in labor.

She is the best. Very knowlegable, best qualified, most experienced. She just performed a Laparoscopy procedure on me using the state of the art Robotic Surgery. There was no pain, minimal scarring, went home next day and back to work few days later. If I had it done the old fashion way, I would have stayed at the hospital for a week and bak to work 7 weeks later. Best of all, I did not have to pay anything. Other doctors won't even let you come to their office if you are on public aid. The doctor is an angle from heaven, best all around, most qualified, and treats you like a human not as a charity case. I give her 10 out of 5 rating.

THe doctor is very good. but staff is horrible. you will have to wait at least an hour after your scheduled appointment time to see the doctor. Lots of billing errors and very hard to get resolved.The office staff specially Connie is very rude.
