Dr Kelly was up front and pointed out about my condition. I have 4 back surgeries and shots. Have had a fusion early on and later several different pain managements. Dr said he could not get rid of all the pain but hoped to reduce the level. So far he is helping.

Terrible experience with Dr zkelly and his staff. The NP appears to run his practice. Dr Kelly was rarely seen. doctors sent hil my nerve conduction test and MRI. NP said they would contact me for another appointment as soon as they received the tests they ordered. I was never contacted by them and I checked with the doctors to make sure the tests were sent to him.
I called to see if they had the tests and when they were going to see me again. They made another appointment. They couldn’t tell me why they never contacted me.
By then he was nolonger partners with Dr Wolf. I was told that they nolonger had patient’s records.l and When I was seen again, they didn’t know who I was or what he was seeing me for even though I saw the NP several times at prior at appointments. . I told the NP why I was there, to review the results of the tests they ordered.
This time the NP got Dr Kelly to tail to me for a minute. He ordered a second MRI since he no longer had access to my file.
I reluctantly agreed to and it was agreed that Dr Kelly’s office would call me when he received the results. His office failed to call me again.
All of this nonsense was a total waste of my time and money with absolutely no results.
I am seeing a great neurologist now who he, himself sees me at every appointment. I know now that I will have to have surgery and he is someone who sees me personally and will take care of me.

I never saw Dr. Kelley. After visit with his NP, I STOPPED there. Went through entire visit with all the standard questions and had also submitted hard copy of MRI & reports. Office staff made copies of all I brought and had just returned them to the room when NP came in. She didnt know about the scans & reports so I told her everything had been submitted. She then proceeded to use my original copies that had just been returned to me and left the room at least 15-20 minutes. After returning, we went through the same song & dance I had just done with nurse. NP then stated that I should ask ?? (I was seeing orthopedic at that time as well) to see if I would be a candidate for disc replacement. (Is THAT professional talk?) I was told I'd need to set up appt with neurologist for an EMG before proceeding any further. Okay, I understand the stepping stone process. My last question before leaving appt. was about who or what I could expect to tend to any type of pain management as I was then between doctors and diagnosis and procedures for chronic neck & shoulder pain. I told her the meds I'd been on (from my regular doc who had finally pointed me in the direction of specialists) but no longer had because now I'm potentially being treated by doctors I had not yet met with. The NP blew up and stated that "since I was now tolerant to pain meds" -her perception, not mine- that all she could do was send me to pain management and, "...I can tell you right now it will be at least a one month wait." I sat there a bit stunned. She made me feel like I had done something wrong . I've never been halfway yelled at or felt so belittled by ANY medical "professional." I don't care how good a doctor is, I will NEVER spend my time and hard-earned money to be treated like I was a nothing. I will NEVER set foot in that office again and all due to a PRACTITIONER. I may be no loss to them as a patient, but it's a big loss in my quest to try to get my physical body healthy again.

As long as Dr Kelley is with Dr Wolfe in his office practice, I will not see him again. I like his NP, but the ofc staff ***** & the wait time ***** Katherine, (his NP) I'm still waiting for you to call me. Donna (ofc staff) called to remind me of an appt. & I told her I had to cancel & asked her to ask Katherine to call me the next week... That was ******* in August.

I don't know where to start. For all of you giving such rave reviews...I guess you are NEUROtic. I waited for at least 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I had a bad headache and was so dizzy the day I went to see him. He didn't even care. Granted, I do get these symptoms on a daily basis but at least ACT like you have compassion. I had an MRI/MRA that showed a problem with my left vertebral artery. He said that it was a developmental disability and almost in the same sentence said I DIDN'T have a disability. What? He also told me it wouldn't cause my symptoms. I don't get enough blood to my brain or my heart because of it. How does it NOT cause my symptoms? He seemed like he was in a hurry and didn't want to help AT ALL. I paid out of pocket (cash). What did I pay for? Apparently nothing. Three years later and I'm still dealing with it. I don't know how much more of this I can take and I don't know who to turn to anymore. I feel like my head is going to explode and/or I'm going to pass out every day.

Much better than his associate Dr. Wolf if you or your child are seeking a doctor to place a brain shunt my advice would be to choose Kelley over Wolf.
