Could not even get anyone to return a phone call to set up an appointment.

The office was impossible to get a hold of. I tried to get a refill of anti-depressant medication and could never talk to a person on the phone. The office hours are inconvenient for anyone who works. I even tried going into the office to get my refill. Eventually I had to call the emergency contact and she was appalled that I had to go as long as I had with out the medicine.

I was very unhappy with my experience. I had a minor problem with spotting but instead of changing my birth control they gave me a prescription which caused problems down the road (still fighting off a yeast infection for over a year now). Then they decided to do some testing that was really expensive ($250 after insurance, and I have really good insurance. After all of that they finally decided to change my birth control (which solved it). There were also many other problems I had with them and they once "accidently" ordered me the wrong prescription through the pharmacy and they tried to blame it on the pharmacy. They never admitted to any of there mistakes nor apologized to me. They were really rude. I am now pregnant and Dr. Young is not my doctor. I am going to Dr. McCulloch instead. I have heard so many great things about Dr. McCulloch.

Arrogant and will not take time for questions. Appears to be offended if any questions are asked. I have two friends who were told that they they needed a procedure, and when they sought a 2nd opinion were told that there was absolutely no indication for the procedure.
