With one visit he took care of a problem I had for 25 years. After going to multiple doctors, he just looked at it, wrote a Rx and said "this will take care of it". AND IT DID !! 1 pill a day for 3 days and it was over. Thanks Dr. Hartman.

A great Doctor knows his stuff! Well worth the little wait we had. He has a lot of patients to see in a day, and I wait at all our doctors appointments, his wait time was not out of the norm. All my questions were answered, and procedure, was done quick, almost painless, and healed great! Highly recommended!

Dr Hrtman is a very good doctor - knows his stuff, very bright and extremely helpful. I recommend him 100% for all medical issues - he is focused on medical dermatology, not cosmetic dermatology. He sometimes is thinking so much that it appears he is not listening - he is just processing and thinking, so do not think he is being cold. Ask lots of questions - he will explain anything and take the time with you.

I've been a patient now for over 15 yrs. He is one of the brightest Drs. I have ever seen. Dr. H knows Dermitology and it exceptional at altering medications to fit your needs & is well read on studies from countries all over the world. Example being he gave 1/2 dose on Acutane for twice the period of time because French study shows that there are much less side effects. Well, he was right!! He is hard to get an appointment with, since he takes all insurance and is very popular and once you get there many times you have to wait up to an hour to see him. But Dr. Hartman is the best and worth the wait!

Dr. Hartman will diagnose any type of skin problem. Yes, he is the best. However, he gives so much information and detail that it is often overwhelming. You don't get a lot of face time with him since his explanation and diagnosing is so long that he often has 2 or 3 other patients waiting and your time gets cut short. You will wait about 20 minutes before he even sees you and you only get about 5-10 minutes with him. You hardly ever get a chance to ask questions because he doesn't let you and it takes months befores you could even schedule an appointment with him since he's extremely booked. P.S. The woman who works the front desk is the worst! Bad attitude and miserable in her job.

Truly appalling. I took my kid in for acne. The doctor spent 3 seconds examining and then began to talk. And talk and talk. He gave a good explanation of the condition and said he would outline treatment options and we could discuss and decide. He talked mostly about why he preferred one method. I waited and waited for a pause to ask a question, which he then interrupted. Someone knocked and said he had a phone call. He stood right up, saying "so she'll get you all set up", left and never came back. No more questions, no more discussion of the options he supposedly laid out. I was well informed going in so I accepted his suggestion. As we were leaving I peeked into his office for a last word. He was on the phone and never looked up. We called a few days ago and were cut off. Called back and got voice mail. Left a message, no call back. Called later. No answer, no voice mail. I've called three times today trying to reach him and got no answer and no voice mail. What arrogance.

Dr. Hartman seems to be a decent doctor but not worth dealing with his horrible staff, waiting over a month for an appointment and an hour and half in the waiting room for your scheduled appointment. Did, I mention how awful his staff is?
