Dr. Tucker is one of a kind. His bed side manner is wonderful, when you are his patient, he spends as much time with you as necessary, to make sure you are properly taken care of. He has no control of the people in the front office, but he has told me that should I need help and can't get through, I should come in, and make sure they know I need to see him. He is professional, and smart enough to tell you if he thinks someone else would do better for you, and he is always willing to try to get you the help you need, and makes an appointment with someone he feels could do the best for you. His knowledge is quite good, helpfullness great, his staff is not all they should be, they are not as friendly as they once were, but his punctuality is as good as can be. Sometimes he gets called to the hospital, so he is late. Waiting is never fun, but he apologizes for any inconvenience you may have suffered. If you don't like the wait, go to a different dr. as there are four more at the clinic.
He should get nothing less than a five star rating.

Dr tucker is excellent, he's been my doctor for 14 yrs. I trust and respect him. But I have lost patience with those morons who work in the front office at the clinic. I am thoroughly fed up with being ignored while they eat at their desk, have personal phone calls and visit with coworkers while patients wait to be checked in. It's like we aren't even there. Oftentimes the line of patients is so long there aren't enough seats for all of us because we have to wait while these rude women screw around and ignore us. And if you need to have a call back from the doctor or his nurse, forget about it. They never call back. When I called for a refill recently the woman answering the phone told me it takes 72 hrs for the doctor to receive his messages. ... 3 days to walk down the hall to hand him messages from patients in need. I am seriously thinking of looking for a new doctor. I really like him but it's getting frustrating and ridiculous to deal with that clinic.

I have went to Doctor Tucker all my life! He brought me into this world! He has always been great for me! I recently went to see him after about a year and he remembered all of my previous problems. He helped me through all my health problems and has always been very caring! He has a real deep voice, and has a good since of humor. I love going to him when I'm sick, he always makes me all better! Also, he listens to me and cares about what I say. I have a speech problem, some people look at me like I'm stupid, but not him, he just goes on and doesn't make me feel bad about him! I love Doctor Tucker! The one thing I don't like is the wait, I know he is busy, but the waiting period is too much!!! Also, he always looks nice, but some of the staff look sloppy and unprofessional. I wish he could fix those two things, then I would have no complaints! :)

He was really hateful. He called me a wuss and was an absolute bully every time I went to his office. But no longer will I be ignored by his staff and abused by Mr. Overcompensation. He used to be nice and a very good doctor. Things have gone down hill his staff is very unprofessional, she took three phone calls while I was supposed to be assessed.

Dr. Tucker has been our family doctor since he came to Gravette. He is very knowledgable. He always takes the time to listen me, which can take quite a while sometimes. He's always patient with me and very caring.

Dr. Tucker is an excellent doctor, one who is both very knowledgeable and very caring. The time spent in the waiting room tends to be long, but I realize that is because he is in such high demand. As both his patient and also a nurse who has seen him in action, I would like to give him 2 thumbs up.
