Don't go to this Doctor. Arrogant which I mistook for expertise. My results very unsatisfactory.

Dr Mayer is more than just an accomplished surgeon, he is also an artist, delivering natural but most effective and pleasing results. He has a trained eye to give your face the balanced esthetics it needs, taking into account your own individual characteristics. That is why I went back to him for a second time, even if I had to fly in all the way from Europe. I had a facelift and forehead lift done with fillers and chin reduction in combination with some micrografts.
I was yet again surprised immediately after surgery how good I felt considering. If Dr Mayer evaluates while performing surgery that there is a better approach to give you better results, he will do it without compromising your wishes. That is when you know you are in good hands.
He takes the time to answer all of your questions and concerns, and explains clearly why he will do a procedure a certain way. He will go over each procedure with you, when you come in for consultation, and on the day of your op, so you can feel totally at ease.
I am currently about one and a half month post-op, all has been healing well and I am very happy with the results so far. If you are looking for a very skilled facial surgeon with an excellent sense for a natural esthetics, who cares about his patients, you definitely need to go and see him. Dr Mayer, simply the best, when I met doctor Mayer my Nose was a completely disaster, I decided to fixed my Nose in Mexico with one of the "best Doctors", I end up with no Nose, I couldn't breathe, and an infection on my left nostril that left me with a horrible scar, horrible experience. Dr Toby knew that it was gonna be hard to fix my Nose, He never gave up on me, he helped me with the best of his Knowledge now I can say I have a Nose, I can breathe way better and I am really satisified with Him, I am very grateful with him and his team especially Francis his best Asssistant.

My experience with doctor Mayer was magical.
I had a nose surgery about 20 years ago, and though the result was good, and I had some improvements, the main issue I had my nose done for still existed. My nose was crocket from inside, and I was told it was a difficult issue to fix. The doctor who did my nose did not accept the challenge, and 5 other doctors I saw throughout the years (and in 3 different countries) shared the same opinion.
I had almost given up, but then I met doctor Mayer.
He was the only Doctor who told me with full confidence he could fix my nose. There was no doubt in his mind, though there were many in mine based on my previous experiences. I thought I was doomed to have a crocket nose for as long as I lived. His confidence created confidence in me, and I finally had my second surgery.
I am very happy with my new nose, and am truly enjoying the way I look because of it. What I love the most is that it looks so natural, and that’s exactly what I wanted.
I highly recommend Dr. Mayer and his team. His assistant, Francis, is a nice and caring person who helped me with everything I needed and made me feel good even when I was anxious, nervous or in doubt.

Bottom line is if you are doing all you can to get to where you were meant to be then you don’t need photos or anything other than Dr Mayer and his wonderful team who understand what it is to be trapped inside the wrong gender at no fault of their own. He knows how to transform you to where you and only you were supposed to be from day one. There is nobody else on the planet who has this vision and real understanding.
Gave my real self back to me after 57 years. What more can anyone say!

Dr. Mayer is no ordinary doctor...He is beyond a doctor. When it comes to Mail baldness there is no cure, except for the procedures this man has preformed on my father and myself. The Fleming/Mayer Flap is the only way to successfully have a full head of hair for the rest of your life. If someone says he was "rude" or "impatient" as in these other reviews, it is because they themselves do not procure perfection. Dr. Mayer is a perfectionist, at the least, which has allowed my to have a smile everywhere I go as my thick beautiful hair along my perfect hairline blows in the wind. My father is almost 70 years old and has a full head of hair. At that, my father actually has a better head of hair than most of my friends in their 30s. On the topic of my father, he had this procedure done in the late 80s and has never had a problem. His hair grows naturally, thick, and beautiful. If you're a masculine man losing your hair, and want to retain the look of your youth....look no further. Dr. Mayer conducts miracles with his flap surgeries. His staff is undeniably amazing and friendly. Nurses were even able to FaceTime me on a saturday night to over look my head when I bumped it by accident.

Anyone that honestly wants to cure their baldness, go to this man. The price isn't bad, the change is forever, and you truly won't be disappointed. For those who don't want to believe this..as it is says, "stupid is stupid"

Met him for a consultation for rhinoplasty. He was a complete jerk. Very impatient and wouldn't let me speak. Kept cutting me off midsentence. He even tried to mess with my psychologically by telling me as I was leaving his office, "You know what, the things that bother you about your nose now..... well, they're only going to get worse over time." Hateful, mean old man.

He is the kindest and honest Doctor in the city! He does not try to sell you on anything and takes his time evaluating you. He truly cares about his patients!

Most arrogant doctor I've ever seen. He has a horrible bedside manner and his results are poor! Stay away at all costs!
