Going to this office always leaves me feeling sick and frustrated. They do not take appointments and the wait is usually 3 hours in the waiting room and one hour in the examining room. I have been misdiagnosed twice by this office. Getting a referral is like pulling teeth. If you have an emergency it can be very frustrating because they are not open the full week and sometimes they close early. If you need something from them, most of the time they tell you to call back, again and again. And they are rude to some of the patients.

Office Staff was very comforting and friendly. Very knowledgeable doctors on staff. I would highly recommend this office to friends and family.

Yes the staff sucks, especially the manager. Once you're in the nurse practitioner and drs are great! they did a lot of testing but in my case it was needed and I felt taken care of as a previous reviewer said. No appointments is a good advantage unless you go on a Monday when the place is super crowded. In my opinion, the rude admin staff and relatively long wait were worth it to get good medical attention.

Absolutely horrible, rude, incompetent staff and doctor. Had to go in 4 times for a simple physical needed for insurance. They made mistakes time after time, simple stuff like not putting my husband's height, weight, or blood pressure on the results even though I sent him in with a paper stating what was needed. I even spoke with the nurse on the phone to tell her EXACTLY what was needed. When he went in this morning for the 4th time to be measured they measured him in his shoes against a wall. They didn't even have a proper way to measure. They put him at 6 ft when he's maybe 5'10. The doctor got 72 inches and it took him 2 minutes to figure out how many feet that was! Then he (Blumenthal) had the audacity to say that this better be the last time we go in there or call. Trust me, it will be, but I fail to see how it is our fault that his staff is entirely incompetent and unbelievably rude. I would never go back and would, in fact, go out of my way to tell people how awful they are.

Office staff no help whatsoever, The Doctor is great when you see him, mostly see a PA or NP in there, test ordered for no reason, very difficult getting test results, rude very rude office staff, the lab in the office cant seem to get it right 99% of the time, office manager is the most inconsiderate of all, front receptionist just hates to be bothered, need a referral to see a specialist could take 5-10 days and they tell you that, yet they can do it on 1 hour when you let them know thay forgot it a week ago, this happened to me, Cant wait to find another staff, Love the Doctor but I only see him for 10 minutes out the 2 hour visit in his office

I love that you do not have to make an appointment at Dr. Blumenthal.I always had problems at other doctor offices with appointments. When I was sick they could not take me. At Dr. Blumenthal you can go when you need to. They have their own labs which makes life easier. Sometimes they do too many tests, but at least I feel being taken care of.The front staff could be much helpful and nicer with people. The waiting sometimes is very long, BUT THERE IS NO APPOINTMENT!!! Doctors and Nurse Practitioners are great.

Dr Blumenthal and his practitioners are very knowledgeable and compassionate about what they do. The care that I receive in the office is above and beyond the care that I have every received in any other family medicine practice. Dr. Blumenthal offers many diagnostic testing and labs in-house making my life that much easier. His staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have recommended him to many of my friends and family who have been more than satisfied.

Dr. Blumenthal is great. However, his staff in the front office is unbelievably rude & discourteous. Everytime. I had strep throat when I went in, so they did blood work as a precaution. I then received a letter in the mail saying there was something they needed to discuss regarding the results of the lab work. So, I called the office which made me come in, as a walk-in appt. only, which takes approx 2 - 2.5 hours there, all to find out that there was nothing wrong. They won't tell you ANYTHING over the phone. This happened 3 times in 2 years (making me to come in to discuss lab results after having strep, just to find out that the lab results showed I was sick at the time. Of course I was!!). I'm a student & strep is very contagious..Fairly typical at any school. Other doctors have been helpful over the phone & don't make you come in so they can bill your insurance and waste your time & money. The doctor is very nice, but this particular policy is totally unnecessary & worries you!
