Very pleasant team and makes you at ease with the braces. I received the best service with Dr Than! Don't listen to the people that whine for anything. If the receptionist says no for a special request then so what.. I think the most important is that I got perfect teeth and compliments from everyone! Thanks to you Dr Thanh and all your staff.

Je recommande Dr. Thanh-De Nguyen puisqu’il est toujours souriant et ayant beaucoup d’espoire. Lui est son équipe sont toujours là au rendez-vous sans faute. Je n’ai jamais eu des problèmes avec eux, si tu as des questions, ils sont prêt à t’écouter. Bref, vous trouverez surement d’autres dentist mais je vous promet qu’on ne parlera pas du même résultat finale!

Dr Thanh-De Nguyen is a "Clown" at work.He refuses to communicate and doesn't respect his customers after you sign the contract. I also approve the following bad ratings:


"I aprouve people who gave bad ratings. The staff seem to talk in your back and the orthodontist isn't really polite. This is just the consultation so I didn't continue. He seems to only like your money."


"He always blames any treatment failure on patients. It is easy for an orthodontist to get an excuse for his neglect of duty. He refuses any person to stay with an child patient, and no further communication with the parent at all. Why? Now I understand, he needs an excuse for any failure: the kid is not in cooperation with him. He is good of course. If succeed, it is his success. If fail, it is the patient's fault. The staff is good of course. They do help him to cover his beautiful lies."


"Lazy and will take the quick way out. Wouldn't see me as soon as possible after my permanent retainer broke just a few days after putting it on and my teeth moved. Told me I need a new retainer every 5 years so that I would pay, recommended unnecessary procedures and shaved off a large portion of my tooth when removing the brace glue. Also failed to inform me about weening off the retainer. Overall highly unsatisfied and would not recommend. I had to go to another orthodontist to get another opinion because I really did not trust him and I was right not to. Saved myself thousands of dollars by not doing the unnecessary procedures he said I should."


"I was at Dr Thanh-De Nguyen today for a preliminary consultation for my child. The receptionist was rather abrupt. She corrected me immediately that he is not a dentist, he is an ortho. Fine, he's an ortho, not a dentist. She also asked me to fill out 2 pages of information and in a casual way she said that will be cash only, no credit card nor check. I sat down and started filling out the information but can't stop thinking about the income taxes I pay and this guy is working for cash only. The anger got the better of me, I got up and torn the papers to shreds and left. I have to find another ortho for my child, not this guy."

Mon expérience avec Dr Thanh-De Nguyen a été plus que satisfaisante. Toujours de bonne humeur, il a répondu à mes nombreuses interrogations et a su m'accompagner dans le processus. Got braces/apparel/elastic from there years ago. Now at 21, my teeth aren"t even average looking, so need to spend about 4000 $ again for braces again...at some other orthodontist of course

OH BOY! Where do I start? I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and Dr Thanh Nguyen and his crew sure know how to make miracles! I’m extremely happy with the results and am glad I’ve been treated by them.

Staff très accueillant et chaleureux. Ils savent ce qu’ils font et sont très professionnels. Résultats excellents! Très satisfaite des résultats et des services. Clinique très propre et ponctuelle.
