Dr. William Sawchuk is an amazing health professional and we need more doctors like him. My mother had been to several doctors for five years and none of them could heal the rashes and swellingon her legs. The rash and swelling was due to her age and health conditions and thats what all the other doctors said and provided some medications but not cure. Dr. Sawchuck was the only one to take skin smaples and do the lab tests after which he explained the situation and put her on a 3 month medication program. The results were amazing and renewed our confidence that there are still good doctors out there who really care and take the time to heal their patients. Thankyou Dr Sawchuk

Front desk was horrible. Was 10 minutes late to first appontment because I got lost. waited for over an hour with nothing said to me and then when I asked when I was going back they said last because I was late. That would have been nice if they informed me when I checked in . Lots of attidude. Doctor was okay.

I will second one of the above reviews - Sawchuck is the best doctor I've ever had. He was always willing to explain things in an incredibly reassuring manner, took his time in determining a diagnosis, and actually paid attention. I went to 3 other doctors on Washingtonians top doctors list - all of which immediately came to their own conclusions without taking a tenth of the measured and detailed time Sawchuck spent actually LOOKING. If it's any indication that the guy pays attention to detail, he walks around with a head mounted magnifying glass around the office. I can't say enough about him. I would never consider another dermatologist.

Dr. Sawchuck almost ALWAYS can fit me in for same week appointments. He takes his time, and is knowledgeble in many areas, not just strictly dermatology. He is the best doctor I have ever had - and I have had A LOT of doctors.
