Wonderful doctor, HORRIBLE staff. When I walked up to the window to sign in, the girl at the front was rude and unfriendly. Then, the nurse who took me back and dealt with me in the room was just the same. Very apathetic. She yawned the entire time I was in there. This is the same experience I have had every single time I have gone. The entire staff totally turns people off. I dislike going only because I know I have to deal with them. Every person I know who goes there feels the same way. So, obviously there's an issue here. Clients will start leaving if they haven't already. Dr. Z., you need some new friendly staff!

Problem is the sheer amount of time you spend in his office. Nurse told me that he books 2 appts every 10 minutes. You get there on time and then sit in the waiting room for approx. an hour, then you sit in the examination room for an hour. One time I got up and walked out, informed the nurse that when the doctor has time for me, I'll come back. 3 days later, got a letter from the doctor stating that what I did was disrespectful and that he no longer was going to be my doctor. Turns out, it was a god send. Found a new doctor who is awesome.

I have paid many copays and Dr. George Zochowski was my doctor for many years. I had a balance of $72 in his office and his billing administrator REFUSED service to me after scheduling me and appointment. I had advised the office they had to file that claim correctly (I work for Anthem) and they did not after 3 times. I offered to pay for it and was still refused while I was there for my medications. Medications which are detrimental to my well being. She was rude and after all the years I have taken my family there, it was appalling to have someone humiliate me over $72 that I would have gladly paid if I had known they didn't know how to file claims! Very upsetting! Its since been paid.. just because I am a person who pays my debts. I have not pursued to ever go back there.
