Dr Helen Broom is diligent in helping me with my general health and other serious past issues. I could not reccomend a more caring doctor for anyone to see.

Most comprehensive assessment by a General Practitioner I have experienced for myself and my family, on every occasion for the past 20 years. I highly trust Dr Broom's expertise and admire the
level to which she strives to assist her patients.

Dr Helen suits me, she earned my trust. I have no reason to seek out any other and neither will I as she has been the most thorough and helpful GP that I have come across. Whilst at times I have had to wait longer than expected, I can live with that as it balances out at the other end.

Reception are very rude, said Helen would get back to me I rang a few times during the week trying to get a script sent to the pharmacy and it never got done as they're response is ' she is too busy with other patients'. However I am a patient too needing medication I cannot be brushed off like that it has now been 4 weeks and still have not herd back from them I have since changed doctors to someone who will still respect me even if I am not paying $80 to wait an hour in the waiting room to just get a script sent over. Ridiculous that they brush me off like I'm no one even though I am also a patient with duty of care.

First visit was ok, she seemed a little unorganised. I went away and had a lot of testing done as requested. Second visit was told not to ask questions as she had to much to get through with my blood tests, given a script and not told when to return for follow up appointment. We didn't get to look at the allergy and metal testing Dr Broom had requested. I would have been happy to pay for a Lo her appointment to get through everything had I of known. Script did not have dosage and was questioned by pharmacist, so I contacted clinic to be told Helen is now revising my treatment. Concerning after spending hundreds of dollars on medications she requested. I followed up with reception a couple of times to be told they are waiting for Dr Broom to get back to them. Took a week to call me back, forgotten that she has already given me a script and it wasn't in my patient file. When I asked nicely if there was an issue with reception I was told I need a reality check. The whole experience cost me hundreds and hundreds of dollars a complete waste, as new natural doctor I am seeing doesn't believe I need half of what she has prescribed. To be spoken to in such a rude manor and not remember how she is treating a patient is a great concern for someone who is supposed to be a professional. I would never recommend anyone waste there time with this doctor.

Dr Broom is what I would call a true wholistic Dr. She takes the time to listen and understand your experience and helps you to understand what is happening with you. She provides tools so that you are able to take charge of your health and in a that way teaches you. She is generous with her time and knowlegde. A truly amazing Dr. Due to her thoroughness be prepared at times to wait as she does not short change her patients. 10/10

Helen is by far the BEST doctor my family and I have been to. Helen's knowledge and expertise is far more extensive than any other GP I have ever met. Helen leaves no stone unturned to get your health back on track. She is amazing.
