excellent dentisit. being going to pappas for 40 years and never had a problem. very knowledgeable and has all the latest equipment available.

after being told 8 cavities,( regular cleanings) went back to old reliable dentist to get another opinion on to see if there were cavities Dr. Pappas claimed there were. Old dentist found no cavities. Called office several times, no call back on the matter.

I don't know what the previous person was talking about, but I had an exceptional appointment with not only the doctor, but also with the hygienist. I fould everyone to be caring and concerned. Granted the office was very busy, but I felt as though they cared about my personal time away from work, so they tried to do as much of my treatment as time would permit. After many years of neglecting myself, they helped me get my smile back quickly!

I understand there's a learning curve for new doctors, but it's about time Theodore starts advancing. I know several patients who have transferred out due to his inability to get things done correctly. I have yet to leave an appointment with him and not had several days worth of pain due to his less-than-steady hands and his rather aggressive approach to tooth cleaning. I know he feels an obligation to carry on the family business, but I'm not sure this is the best field for him. My gums certainly don't think so. Here's hoping he improves enough that his father can leave the practice in solid shape. I won't be staying with them once it's just Theodore, and I imagine many others are feeling the same way.
