He has taken very good care of me and his staff is amazing.

He is a very knowledgeable person. He doesn't do unnecessary surgeries or medications. He speaks in Layman's terms so that you can understand. He is very personable and awesome bedside manner.

I moved to Roanoke VA and had Dr. Fieo's office send a prescription to Roanoke but it got lost. When I called the receptionist was horrible. I simply told her my situation and she said, "I did what I was supposed to do. I can't help you." I continued to ask if there was an RX number, tracking number... anything at all that I could give CVS to help in the search for my lost 2nd month prescription. She continued to get loud, speak over me, accused me of not getting a new doctor and told me it was my fault for letting the prescription lapse. After going back and forth I asked to speak with someone else, anyone else, even Dr. Fieo himself. She put me on hold and when she returned she said, "Dr. Fieo said to absolutely not fill another prescription, your not a patient here and we cannot help you." She hung up on me before I got a word in. I was appalled by the behavior of this receptionist. She had zero compassion for my predicament and didn't want to take the time to help me.

VERY CONCERNED about the money-end NOT your health, does not return calls, will NOT give you anything for pain, very short with patient, does not like to be questioned.

Good doctor, very knowledgeable and kind. A little old fashion but I liked that about him.
