Dr Facey is great but her staff will bring this office down fast they are rude, also try and call the office on a Monday when the doctor is off see how the staff picks up the phone & hangs up on you several time they are the reason I will not go back to this office I called because I have a question about my RX some help they were

Dr. Sheryl Facey has been my Obgyn since my 2nd daughter which was many years ago and since then she has grown and her staff is so helpful and feels like family, I love my Doctor and I would search the world for her before going to another.

I love Dr. Facey and her staff they explain everything very well and they treat you like family. It does take a while to be seen but I think it's worth the wait.

Dr. Facey is a very good doctor however, her staff's professionalism does not match her own. They do not return phone calls, you can't leave a message on the machine and when you call for an appt you are given one 3 months later and when you arrive for your apt you arrive to an empty office and the doctor has no one in her office by the time you are called in ( after waiting another hour) to see her.

Dr.Facey is a great Dr. If you're expecting I will highly recommend her, Her staffband assistants are wonderful, thenwill indeed take care of you.

If you are a high risk pregnant patient seek care from another doctor. 100% of my visits would be filled with negative stories of miscarriages. She just doesn't understand the needs of a high risk patient. I switched doctors and now I'm very happy. I had to switch doctors before any blood work was done to check for a viable pregnancy when didn't seem right.

Worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. I don't know how it is so hard to obtain a doctor's note, because they forced me to go to their office in order to have it written correctly.I missed work twice because of this doctor. I spend three hours waiting for one doctor visit and they weren't even busy. I felt not a single sign remorse or sympathy after my miscarriage. I experienced complications during my pregnancy and the doctor wouldn't talk to me directly.I had to take messages from her staff.

Dr Facey is the best gynecologist I have had so far. She is very patient and compassionate, she takes the time to answer all questions, explain things thoroughly and she listens to her patients...you never feel rushed or just like another number. The care is very personable and even at my first visit she made me feel comfortable as if she had been my doctor forever. The staff is also very friendly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Facey.
