Dr. Frank Arian, of Victory Physicians in Palm Springs must be responsible for saving the lives of many people, because he saved mine. Having a primary care physician who spends the time to listen to you, asks questions and has an open mind that considers all possibilities is a gift. But Dr. Arian couples these skills with his considerable diagnostic skills, that is exactly what is needed to get his patients through to a treatment plan woven from his up-to-date research knowledge.

He speaks with authority, and yet will tell you when he needs to research remedy options, to find the best one for your particular situation. He has vast knowledge of the specialists in the area, and will only recommend the best. And, he will follow up with you until both he and the patient are satisfied.

My husband and I have fairly recently become patients of Dr. Arian. From the beginning we were pleased with the Covid protocals taken in his office. You're not in a room full of coughing people. When meeting Dr. Arian for the first time, we liked his outgoing manner and his directness. He treats you like an individual. I most like how he explains things. You get a real understanding of what's going on and help to manage whatever ails you.
When going through my patient history in detail, I mentioned that my mother had died from thyroid cancer. The next week, I had a test done and was found to have early stage thyroid cancer. I have been mentioning this family history of thyroid difficulties to doctors for years, and Dr. Arian is the first one to say....."Let's get a baseline" and send me for a test. Since then, he referred me to a great surgeon at Loma Linda and I have had the left lobe removed. I'm sure glad I have him for a doctor now. He takes his time with you, pays attention to you and explains!

I've had Dr. Arian as my PCP for nearly 12 years and have always been very happy with the care received from him. Additionally, his office assistant, Josefina, is one of the nicest and most efficient people around. They are both always good for a chat and a laugh over and above the great care they provide.

My husband and I have been with Dr. Arian for over eight years. He is compassionate, kind and welcoming. He’s always been thorough in explaining lab and procedural results and allowed time for our questions. In the Spring of 2020, my husband’s condition started to fail...needing frequent office visits and referrals. Dr. Arian made sure his treatment plan met my husband’s needs. Ever thoughtful and caring, I remember my husband receiving phone calls from Dr. Arian while he was in the hospital which meant a lot to us. As my husband’s condition continued to deteriorate until his passing last November, the medical attention he gave my husband during this difficult time was very competent and comforting. I will be forever grateful.

Josephine, Dr. Arian’s secretary, is both friendly and helpful. She does her best to fit in unscheduled visits and instrumental in facilitating referrals. She was an indispensable part of my husband’s care and I have every confidence that I will receive the same care in the future.

I never have to wait for my appointment.
He is always professional and to the point.
He has always given me the best specialist referrals.
I am truly pleased with him as my primary doctor. I believe I am getting the best care.
Josephina, his girl Friday, is professional and on top of every detail.

I have been seeing Dr. Arian for 7 years. Always a seamless, encouraging experience. His assistant, Josephina, is very well organized, thus making appointment scheduling, and obtaining paperwork very easy. It is always done in an extremely professional and timely manner. Plus, Josephina is very pleasant, as is Dr. Arian. They pay attention to detail in that office and keep up on all the latest information. They have really been incredible during Covid, remaining open, but employing the strictest of safety protocols, so you don’t feel in any danger. Dr. Arian recently detected an irregularity in my bloodwork, and referred me to the exact right Physician. I underwent surgery at Desert Regional and it was marked a “success”. I have the highest respect and regard for Dr. Arian and Josephina, and hope to see them for a long time!

I would give Dr. Arian and Josephina 10 stars if I could . This a an outstanding Doctor. He recognized right away that my 80 year old mother in law had a blood clot in her leg . Took care of all need appointment stat. I feel he saved her life. Best Doctor and staff in the Coachella Valley. Perfectly ran Doctors office very considerate about appointment times . He treats our entire family and we all appreciate and highly respect him.
