Dr. Tzikas is most ethical, professional and warm. He is the best in his business because he will not "over correct". He is conservative, which I really appreciated, as I wanted to look like myself, and very natural. The doc is so patient, never in a hurry. His team is professional and warm. They all know their stuff. I will never let another doc work on me. There is an amazing amount of trust there and this is priceless.

BEST Plastic surgeon Ever! I have done a lot of research on plastic surgeons in Florida and New York. Dr. Tzikas is light years away from any of them! His credentials and experience in the field are beyond impressive. He is an expert on fillers to fat transfer, topics of which he has both presented at conferences and published in plastic surgery journals. Going beyond credentials, he did a phenomenal job with injectables on my face. He got rid of my under-eye bags, filled out my cheeks and plumped up my lips! All of this without any pain or bruising, and the results are completely natural! And last but not least, he is also a really nice person! I Had a necklift performed by Dr. Tzikas and I almost died due to serious implications. I went to the emergency room, had numerous procedures done to an inch hole left on my neck. I had to pay to extra hospital costs. He never offered to pay or compensate me for my suffering. I still have a scar and pictures that reminded me of the pain and agony. I did not sue him him because I want to forget that nightmare. Do your homework and read reviews before choosing a plastic surgeon.

I recently went to Dr Tzikas for Blepharoplasty (under eye surgery) and am beyond ecstatic with my results. I am a 30 year old woman who has battled having under eye bags for as long as I can remember. When I say I have invested thousands of dollars into every different product imaginable I can tell you nothing worked. From the first consultation with Dr Tzikas, I knew he was the best at what he does. He did not offer an expensive surgery without also giving me other options first. My choice was a more permanent solution and to undergo the surgery. He showed me other patients photos taken 1 year after surgery and I knew I was in good hands. I had the fat removal then fat transfer along with laser. I look like I am 20 years old again and fully rested. The surgery has boosted my confidence and I am excited to wake up and put on my makeup not looking exhausted all day long. The staff in the office is so friendly and helpful. I can never fully express my gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Tzikas. After an extremely unfortunate procedure performed by another plastic surgeon from out of state, I was left with horrific results. I completely withdraw and all quality of life was gone. Fortunately a friend recommended Dr. Tzikas. After revisions and much effort and compassion from the doctor AND his staff, I feel my life has been restored!! I was looking to have a fat-transfer procedure to my temple area, jaw-line and eyes. In researching this procedure, I came to know how difficult and challenging this procedure can be. Dr. Tzikas was one of the doctors who came to my attention during this research process, as one of only a few doctors in the country who specialize in the fat-transfer procedure. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Tzikas for an evaluation and to learn more about the procedure. I am pleased to say that, throughout the process, he was caring, professional, patient and very detail-oriented.

Once I concluded my research and evaluations, I decided to have the procedure performed by him. I am pleased to say that I am thrilled with the wonderful results and with the post-procedure care and follow-up by Dr. Tzikas and his team. His surgical and office staff are extremely pleasant, helpful and supportive professionals. Whenever I had questions, they took the time to answer all of them, fully and completely. When I was looking for a plastic surgeon I asked women who looked beautiful and natural who they used and Dr. Tzikas's name kept coming up . I made an appointment. His calming office ambiance and the entire staff made me feel very comfortable. The staff is professional, gracious and caring. Dr Tzikas did fat transfer and CO2 laser about four years ago and I was very pleased. Recently my mirror told me that I needed more than filler and Botox so I made an appointment. There was never any doubt that I would only use Dr T. He lifted my neck and jowls, added my own fat to my cheeks and repeated the CO2 laser. The results are amazing. I am thrilled. My friends keep telling me how fabulous I look and I agree with them. Dr Tzikas is a highly skilled, talented plastic surgeon. I recommend him without reservation.
