I have gone to Dr. Cathcart for 5 + years and value her as a physician. She has diagnosed many issues and always takes her time to explain everything and answers al my questions.i have had to wait a few times maybe 15-20 minutes but it gives me a chance to gather my thoughts and questions I may have for her. Phone calls are returned promptly and she returns calls w/ test results...answering any questions on the phone.i feel very fortunate to have found such a caring and wonderful GP.

ok if you have an appointment for 3 with most any doctor in this practice be ready to wait till 5 the best times to make appointments with these docs is around noon. She did not read my chart and tried to touch me with latex gloves for a pap and did not know why I was not being cooperative! I am HIGHLY allergic and if she had bothered to look at the front of my chart she would have picked up on that!! She is also had nothing to say when I wanted to talk about differnt types of birthcontrol and told me she would put me on what I thought was right (well why am I paying you??) She was also very rude when I had to come in for a blood infection given to me by a nurse in their office who failed to wash their hands before drawing blood from my arm! I will never go back to this office they take their patients for granted and for many years people in this area did not really have a choice but we do now and I will not choose them!
