It took over 10 phone calls and repeated visits to the office to finally get the correct MRI referral done and sent properly. There is little follow up by the doctor, who seems to simply send the patient elsewhere with comments such as "It's not something we do in the office here." That included an unwillingness to check a poorly placed catheter. Sending patients to the emergency room is the basis of this place.

Dropped me with a letter and would not even discuss why with me. His staff said"Oh you got THE LETTER" very strange man.

Dr. Gray, Sr. has no business practicing medicine. He will seem like your best friend until he decides that as a patient you are too much trouble and taking too much of his time. He also refuses to speak to his patients in person - instead he will just send out a letter dropping you as a patient when he is done with you. No warning,no explanation, nothing at all. Do not trust this doctor!!

We've found him to be an exceptional doctor. He will spend the time needed with you. Not rush you out. He is very thourough and precise. He knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anyone. Male or female. If you're looking for a quality physician, someone who actually cares, look no further than Dr. Timothy Gray Sr.
