It is surprising to read the positive reviews, when my experience was negative and many others ratings report poor experiences. He is NOT a "skilled" surgeon -- there are many other plastic surgeons that are skilled, professional and truly caring down the street from Russo's office. PLEASE read all the reviews -- not sure who is posting all the positive reviews.

Worse pain I had ever experienced in my face, did research and find out that they skipped the first step, wich was to apply a numbing anesthetic and wait for a half hour, then do the treatment the tech, skipped that part. It was very expensive may I add. No one is looking out for the consumer any more. So sad and in pain!

Dr. Russo is very knowledgeable and caring. He is straightforward in making recommendations based on your wants and needs for the best possible outcome. His staff is also very welcoming and greet you like you are a family member. I will continue to see Dr. Russo in the future and also highly recommend them!

About 3 and a half years ago Dr Russo performed liposuction under my chin and neck which he assured me would pull up the sagging skin on my neck.What I was left with were deep vertical pleats under my chin and down the length of my throat.I looked a good 10 years older than I did before the procedure.Also I suffered from pain under my chin that never went away. When I went to my last post-op visit,I told Dr. Russo that I was very unhappy with the result. He seemed shocked. He seemed genuinely perplexed and told me that he thought my skin would "snap back".Then he examined me and said,"It's just a little skin" and that the only way to correct it would be with a neck lift.Then he said "You're done" and walked out.I was dumbfounded by his response. I recently had a neck lift with which I am very happy.The doctor told me that the person who performed my liposuction "took out too much fat" "really tore up my platysma".."did a very rough lipo."It took her 3.5 hours to do the muscle repair.

I have been going to Dr. Russo's for a little over 2 years now. My first procedure I had with him was gynecomastia. I could not be more happy not only do I feel and look much better but you can't even tell the scars are nearly invisible. I also go there on a regular basis now doing everything from laser hair removal, botox, and spray tan. The office is a fun friendly place the staff is so nice and helpful. I could not ask for more.

this guy took the wrong approach to a simple surgery and recovery was long and left more problems than I started with. Most doctors were afraid to fix the job he did because they didn't know what he did, in the end I found a highly trained Dr. that was able to fix the mess. Two surgeries later and the main problem was fixed but to this day I still look at the result and speculate that if Dr. Russo never touched it I'd be better off and I could have avoided a lot of pain. When someone messes up this bad, there's only so much other Dr's can do to repair the damage, all I can say is I wish I never went to this guy, I wouldn't even trust him cutting my hair let alone performing surgery. After going through a terrible experience I've researched how things should have been approached, he was so far off in his methods it actually makes me question if his credentials are genuine, apparently other people are getting hacked up too, it's almost disgusting to see so many others dealing with this.
