Got the job done. Visited with staff while working on me. Expensive for that level of care.

Not a good experience for me.....he is very expensive and most of what I had done there has broke or fallen out, they never set me up for cleanings....I asked them to. One time I was asked to get out of the chair and go to bank and bring back money. I always pay in full and was aghast Always makes me feel it is my fault I'm just an old lady who would like to be able to smile......I'm soon to see a new dentist.....have seen the work and it is fabulous.

Was given another patient's folder to sign, assistant identified teeth that had been treated on wrong side. Dentist was in a rush to get fillings in (husband and I were told a year ago by another dentist everything was OK. Dr. Ruezga drilled so deep as to cause sensity to heat and cold, then advised a root canal. Advised husband to get over $9000 of work done. Signed a release for xrays to be sent to another dentist, when called a few minutes later, Dr. Renzga's assistant could not locate. Staff seems confused with insurance procedures.

Dr. Ruezga seems to be really nice. The others in the office can get pretty loud and obnoxious. He is very professional, the rest of the bunch leave alot to be desired.
