I had surgery on my wrist. It was explained very well and the outcome after 5 month is fantastic. The first three months were painful, but that was expected. Very happy with staff and Dr.

Saw Dr. Gwyn several times for more than one issue, and feel he lacks compassion, lacks problem solving skills and maybe is borderline burned out. I wouldn't recommend seeing him for anything unless you wish to be given the " run around " by his staff as well. Disgusted with the care here!

The first couple of times I seen him he was good. After one of his staff members gave me an injection , things went south. He did not care about the pain and swelling. He did not know why a bump formed and cancelled my appointment after this happened. When he was questioned he had no answers. I am shocked a doctor would have such lack of care for his patients.

What a horrible attitude! Perhaps if you're a male athlete you would get better treatment, but I will never recommend anyone that I care about to get treatment from this doctor. Very uncooperative in regards to work accommodations for adults with limitations after surgery. He got argumentative very quickly when questioned and got up to leave with very little explanation of post surgery instructions or care. I am disheartened that I let this person open my wrist and work inside of it with the lack of care and attention paid to me. Wish I would have found someone else.

My son had two hand operations with Dr. Gwyn. Very professional, good bed side manor. Most importantly these operations were a success. High recommend.

I have had other Hand Surgeon's and I give Dr Gwyn a 10 out of a five. The Pryo-Carbon implant is great so far,very confident manner,other's were crass and severe ego trip's.Would not hesitate to use Dr Gwyn for your hand problems.

He is a hand specialist. He is very thorough diagnosing. He does not jump to surgery. He tries other options first. The nurses were fabulous. Very friendly and helpful. Called when I needed an answer to a question. I usually went into my appts. early. and they got me in early. I had a family md check my arm first and the splint he gave me was horrible. Made my arm hurt worse. Then I saw Dr. Gwyn. He does not give splints to his patients that he wouldn't want to wear himself. The splint I got was like a Cadillac compared to the first. He really knows his stuff, hands. I highly recommend him if you have anything wrong with your hand/wrist.
